Ezy Call Manager - License & Pricing

Ezy Call Manager has 3 licensing options that you can choose from. The Standard 1 User, Professional 3 User and Professional 5 User. The trial version is identical to the Pro 3 User license except that it has a 30 day expiry.

IMPORTANT : The Standard license does not give you the same security features as the evaluation version.

Explanation of Terms :

Maximum number of concurrent users

This refers to how many users can access the same database at any one time.

Example : 1 User

You can install the application on more than one computer. But only 1 user can open a database at any one time. If a second user on another computer tries to open the same database while the 1st user is connected, the 2nd user will be locked out. If the First user closes the database, the 2nd User will now be able to connect. Note that if you install Ezy Call Manager 3 on another computer to work on another database, you must purchase an additional user license.

Connection Type

Workgroup : Ezy Call Managers allow you to connect to your database in a workgroup model. This method is ideal where the database and the application resides on the same computer and only one computer is accessing the data (Standalone). This method is also ideal when using Ezy Call Managers in small networks of up to 3 computers as it is the easiest to setup and will offer the best performance.

Client Server (CS) : This model is recommended for larger networks where say 4 - 30 users need to concurrently access the database. You can download and install the Database  Server. Ezy Call Manager will access the database through the database server.

User Permissions

Basic     : You can specify User Accounts (User name and passwords) to grant or deny users to the entire database only.

Full        : In addition to the above, you can specify grant or deny user permissions to various data and reports in the program. You can specify Database and Report permissions as follows :
